Shipping: I will typically ship books bought directly though my website once a week; the actual day of the week varies with my schedule. Please be patient with me, as I am only one person and chronically ill. If you need it by a particular date, please email me at authorcachaplin@gmail.com before you place the order to ensure it will be possible. Books are sent via media mail with a tracking number. I will reach out via email if any major delays happen. For items ordered through the print-on-demand service Printful, please check their TOS for printing and shipping times.

Returns/Refunds: Signed books are not eligible for return or refund. For other items, again please consult Printful’s TOS.
